Model number 2940, serial number 325xxx c. This watch will come with our sales receipt with model number, serial number, and authenticity noted. It will also come our Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

Last week the Perpetual winding Rolex signed cal NA movement with sweeping seconds hand was fully inspected, it is running perfectly. At that time the watch case, case back, crystal, and bezel were professionally polished and satin refinshed leaving the watch looking very nice. The case measures 32 mm wide excluding the crown (it's an average sized mens watch for the time period, small by today's standards, and looks great on ladies too). The winding crown is it's original ROLEX + OYSTER signed screw down crown. It screws down nice and tight.

The coin edges on the case back show very minor slipped tool use. The strap (band) is a vintage non-Rolex brand leather strap. It has a genuine Rolex vintage buckle which has been narrowed to fit the band. The dial has been professionally refinished in the aftermarket long ago an it has aged very attractively. The pictures have been taken from every angle and represent the watch well, in fact they are 3x magnified, the dial is beautiful, and the watch is polished to a perfect shine.

Any imperfections you see in the shine are just reflections the camera caught. This is a beautiful example of this model. EVERY MAJOR PART ON THIS WATCH IS GENUINE ROLEX EXCEPT FOR THE BAND.
